Since no one has posted something as of yet, I will take the liberty to make the first real post.
I love writing. In fact, I’m passionate about writing, addicted to writing. I just wish I could let it out more, as in, show more people. I’m not entirely sure how good my writing actually is, but my dad says I am very talented, but sometimes I wonder, actually, I wonder a lot. People say they like my stories, but are they just being nice?
I have felt God's definite call to write, Christian fiction and Christian fantasy mostly, and so I am pursuing this goal with my very being; to serve Christ through my stories, that His Word might be spread through it, and through me.
This girl can’t stand being doubted, as in when someone will read a story of mine and say “That was actually good, I’m surprised”. That just really bothers me, and probably all of you who know what I mean. I’m tired of people assuming that I’m just another kid who likes to write, I’m not saying that I’m any differant or better than anyone else, but that people seem to assume right off that its roll playing or stuff like that. It just has me feeling down every now and then...
Jill Williamson and I had a very nice conversation on this very topic this evening! Ness and I are participating in an online writing conference for young writers under 20 years old, Jill was one of the guest teachers. She gave me her email and told me to email her whenever I was feeling down! She is officially one of the people my book will be dedicated to!

The Grand Opening!
Welcome elves!
This is the the Grand Opening of the 'Open' blog, which is open to all ye elves from the Underground. If you desire to post, look up the email and password on the ATTENTION ELVES! READ THIS THREAD thread, or contact me at we.are.allyra@gmail.com
Here are some guidelines, PLEASE follow!
1. You may post about yourself as an Elf, and anything from prayer requests and praises to stories and poetry!
2. I must request that if you are posting a story, please post in increments of max 5,000 words. Otherwise it may 'push' other posts onto another page, and they will have a least chance of being seen.
3.The email used to login on blogger, can also be used to contact me, or other elves that you would like to email who don't have, or are not allowed to give away their email. If you do this, please address subject to the desired recipient, and clearly state who of you it is.
4.If while checking the email for something addressed to you, please DO NOT read anything that doesn't have your name on it. If you see an email addressed to 'All Elves' than feel free to read it, but please mark as unread so other elves can read it.
5. If you are a 'regular' user of the email, please make a folder for your mail, so that it doesn't 'clutter' the inbox.
6. Please DO NOT use the email for registering on websites, or anything besides contacting ELVES.
7. Please, please, please do not use fowl, suggestive or bullying humor or language. Please do not swear or curse either. Do not use language in your emails or posts, PLEASE!
8. You may post pictures of scenery and/or you, but NO personal or inappropriate ones.
9. Please do not change the template, format, or font without consulting other elves.
10. Feel free-er than a bird to add a 'widget' and a 'poll' about books, movies, pastimes, ect.
